APQP

APQP consists of 6 steps (phases) that have a continuity of time and material. We understand  APQP as the process and each step in the APQP is in fact subprocess. This is, each subprocess (step) has inputs and outputs, the outputs of each of them are inputs for the following subprocess. 

Definition:
Product quality planning is a structured method that defines and sets out the actions necessary to ensure that the product satisfies the customer.

- Helps to avoid later changes,
